Listed Spain is not a listings platform. We work with a handful of specific properties on the Costa del Sol — homes we believe in, presented the way they deserve to be seen.
Our Philosophy
We'd rather show you one villa that fits than fifty that don't.
Most agencies in Marbella measure success in volume — thousands of listings, hundreds of agents, endless brochures. We took the opposite path. Listed Spain represents only a small number of homes at a time, each one personally selected for its architecture, location, and the way it feels to live in.
If a property doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't make the list. That means when we introduce you to a home, it's because we genuinely believe it belongs in the hands of someone like you.
